Great but then stopped working; Called Philips and they sent me a new one!
Worked great but when it was less than 2 months old, it stopped working. I only used it 3 times in 2 months and itโs dead. Motor seems to be burned out. I called the Philips warranty phone number and within 10 minutes of the call, they said they'll send me a new one. So I changed my rating from 1 star to 5 for their quick reply and replacement.

Best thing ever
So I'm 36. I was tired of how all my couch pillows had "pilled" because they were no longer comfortable this way. I looked into replacing them and it was so expensive to do so. I saw a "life hack" about how you could shave them (literally with a razor or straight razor) and I tried but oh boy.. time consuming and definitely thing I went a little too deep when using the exacto. ANYWAY I was talking to a friend about it and she told me these things exist and I bought it. it took a long time to get here but it was the best purchase I've ever made. It is fast to use, and works really well. I love it so much and can't recommend it enough.
