could not reach the company for questions and issues with the electromagnetic brakes
a dust cover was crushed during shipping. after installation realized one of the electromagnetic brakes would not engage. attempted several times to call ecustom hitch only to be answered by an automated system that told me to call back or go on line. I attempted the online which only took me in a circle over and over.the product seems to be of good quality with the exception of my damaged parts, likely from shipping. but no response or way to contact the company is not the kind of company i will do business with.
