Even though its convenient to use ,one bottle developed green algae inside which was v difficult to clean.

This is a good solution and works perfectly. One suggestion to make it almost perfect, is, to add a "stop flow" button so that the water flow can be arrested, while the bowl is cleaned. After a few days the water can get dust particles and hairs, so cleaning it frequently is needed. And removing the water tank each time should not be required. If this can be fixed, it is a near perfect product.

Colour of received bottle is not blue, also bottle is too small and not as per given details (1.5gallon ). Please check your details. Also spring of cap is very loose. Base not having antiskid.

The bottle provided is of a good quality. It is easy to clean and easy to use. The bowl is of cheap plastic. I didn't receive the mat which they mentioned in the product description. That one's disappointing.

This holds a good amount of water, will last at least an entire week, but keep an eye on it and dump out the water periodically as cats can deposit bits of food in the bowl which will fowl the water. This is a good solution if you might be gone more than a day, but always make sure you have someone who can check on your animals in event of emergencies if you can't be there. Always change your water on a regular basis especially if you notice any food particles in the water, and rinse the bowl out in because the water will absorb stuff in the air and become somewhat slimy if not changed regularly. This holds a good gallon or more of water so it's a little heavy when full, but in a rush you can tip it over the sink to rinse out the bowl quickly. I haven't had any issues with leaks or anything and the cats use it fine, I keep it near my automatic feeder and have these in case of emergency if I can't get home in a timely manner.

I find I difficult to separate the water jug from the bowl when it’s time to clean and refill.

Bought this to water my cats while I was away. Worked great, and suited my needs perfectly. Only minus is that there's a lip in the bottle holder that's tough to clean under. Would be a 5-star product if they were to make it solid or smooth it over.

This works good and is easy to use, but the cap can be hard to unscrew when you want to add new water.

We purchased this 1.5 gallon water dispenser to replace a smaller water dispenser as we have just added another kitten to our family. The dispenser is made well and very easy to use. The one problem that we have is that the dispenser is so large that when it needs to refill the water bowl the air bubbles make such a loud sound that it frightens the cats and they run away. We all know cats are skittish and certain sounds send them running. The sounds from this water dispenser seem best suited for dogs as they may not be frightened by it.
