Update: Their customer service reached out and offered full refund - they didn't have to, but I appreciate that. Still a good product, so hopefully the packaging will be improved!Reminds me of the Asian ointment I grew up with, so was pleased with the smell and the heat. The only thing is the product was thrown haphazardly in a bag as shown in the picture, and the lid was loose so some of the oil leaked out, basically soaking the bag. Very annoying and could have been prevented. Saw that this happened to some people but was hoping this wouldn't happen to me.

I like that this fits easily in my purse and is something I can actually apply to my temples as opposed to my other super minty cold thing that can only go on my neck. The metal applicator feels really nice & it does feel cool and refreshing. The smell is not too strong and is rather pleasant. It works alright to distract me a little from my headache if I’m waiting for meds to kick in or out and about and can’t use my other things until I get home.

Works amazing!! My "go to" when Advil or or meds don't work completely. Like that it's a blend just not straight up peppermint oil.

I hardly ever right a review, but this product truly deserves one. I started suffering from migraines, and i found myself taking Tylenol/ibuprofen on a daily basis(def not good)...and i felt like they were just not helping me. As a mom of FOUR busy boys, i have to tend to my children 24/7. And let me tell you, those migraines made it nearly impossible to even function. I was so desperate for anything that would help me. Something more natural that wouldn't have long term effects on my health, like ibuprofen. Quick Amazon search and i found this product. I thought I'd give it a try, especially since it was on sale for Prime Day. We'll, let me tell you....i haven't had a migraine ever since. The moment i feel the slightest headache coming...i roll this on...and it's gone! I had my sister try it as she was on the verge of throwing up with her migraine, and within an hour..it was gone. My son tried it, and he loved it. I carry this where ever i go. I love It and highly recommend it. This is a must have in my household.Also, the scent is pleasant to me and doesn't bother me at all. It's minty.
