Good kit with everything needed to get on and wax so didn't have to purchase additional accessories. Heats up quickly, and seemed to stay at an even temperature. I marked it down slightly as the instruction booklet uses °f and the pot °c but this is just a small inconvenience. I'm a first time hot waxer and found it easy. Legs are lovely and smooth. Looked on the back of the wax and could definitely tell that the roots were out. Happy with this purchase. Going to help me stretch my monthly selfcare budget.

Really like the products - the wax is so nice. No redness either post-wax.I even got sent extra spatulas.They are perfectly shaped and a decent size.Highly recommend - customer service is great too.Thank you

Clear instructions and does what it says. Only issue was instructions had temperatures stated in Fahrenheit and machine is in Celsius. After quick conversion, rest is really easy to use

Avoid like the plague! Bought for the wife, it didn't even melt the wax properly once before it went dark and won't turn back on. Absolute scrap

its real good and heats up well, but hair just kinda gets ripped out (but not from root)im not exactly new to waxing but ill guess ill keep trying with this product.
