The weight is not to much for the money. The handle is smooth to the touch. Great price for materials of any kind. I just would use the for fabric, or batting.

It is wonderful to get true left handed scissors. I have bought scissors claiming to be left handed but all they did was mold the handle different on right handed blades. Love these. I wish they had them in with a shorter blade also.

I bought these because I have thre main right handed scissors. A fabric pair, a paper pair, and pair for my sewing machine. Since I am left handed and decided this was the year I'm buying left handed scissors these were supposed to be my paper pair. The pictures suggested these might be some lightweight all purpose scissors I can use for pattern drafting. These could probably cut some thick fabric in a pinch. I am surprised by this, they are a sturdy pair that I think will last quite a while if treated nicely. They have a nice weight to them, and the handle is comfortable. For the price, I am very happy.

I got these for my sister and she loves them so much. She immediately started cutting stuff while laughing maniacally. She’s bragged to all of her left handed friends and showed them off and they’re all so jealous. You won’t regret getting these.

I am left-handed, these scissors work well in my left hand.
