Kids Love Larry!
We were gifted a copy of Larry Loves San Francisco when we were traveling to meet friends there for a couple days of fun. Our kids loved the book and were excited to find all of the landmarks mentioned throughout the book. When our dear neighbors/friends told us they were moving to Seattle, we decided to purchase the board book version of Larry Loves Seattle and a couple hiking books so they could explore their new home state. I think the book version is more fun than the board book version but the board book version is still charming and contains plenty of landmarks. :)

Proof Reading?
This book is cute, my son enjoys reading it, and it reminds me of the time that I lived in the Seattle area, but I'm wondering if it was even proof read before printing. The book shows it was published in 2013. In the book there is a page that references Qwest Field, however the name of the stadium was changed to CenturyLink Field in 2011. From a book that appears to have been published in Seattle, I am disappointed in this inaccuracy.

Such a fun series to read!
I bought this book for my niece because I am moving to Seattle and I wanted her to learn about my new city. She loves the pictures and enjoys it when I read it to her. It is a great size and the pages are thick so it is very durable. I love the series!

wonderful book for young children
All of these Larry books are so adorable. This one now has become my usual baby shower book even if they live out of state as I believe every child should be read to.

The book is cute and bright. Our two year old loves to point out the places he visits in Seattle. There are more interesting kids books to read as an adult, but he loves it.

Great book about Seattle
Even though this book is only about 10 pages long our 3 year old loves it as it relates to Seattle and recognizes the landmarks.
