If you have ever used security mount hardware, you know that the bottom pieces have bumpers to gently leave an indentation on the wall so that you can make drill your hardware into the right spot. These are strictly uppers!! If you order this large a quantity, chances are you're doing it for professional reasons, and you cannot complete a job without a full set.
