This book is amazing! It's a fascinating book on how to learn Italian. The text is in Italian on one side of the page, with an English translation on the other side. The layout is perfect because when I read the Italian side, I don't see the English side unless I take a deliberate glance.I like to read the Italian text aloud, while glancing over the English translation when I need clarification. A few days later while driving to work, I listen to the corresponding audio track. The book directs you to a website to download the free mp3 audio files for all of the Italian text. The combination of reading out loud and listening to the same track is fantastic.I'm not a total beginner in Italian, and I don't believe this book should be your first contact with the language. However, once you acquire a little knowledge, then this book is ideal.
