Too flimsy
We have 4 adult and 2 child earlobes in this house. They only worked on 3 of 6 and it was a struggle to get the threader in because it was just too flimsy. Also there is no cleanser, just the thread and that was kind of misleading

Don't Waste Your Money
Unable to thread ear lobe. Also the spray was not included. This was a misunderstanding on my part. Therefore this item is not useful. I wish I had read the reviews first.

As stated, these are useless. They left my ears feeling irritated, but no cleaner. Invest in a good saline spray instead.
