I live spaetzle. I have used everything in my kitchen to assist me. They all worked but, not to my liking.This tool was so easy to use, made spaetzle evenly, and quickly. Very easy to clean no soaking or scrubbing.Didn't come with instructions, but easy to figure out.If it ever breaks, I'll buy again.

I should have bought this years ago. Is quality item. Makes making the noodles fast and easy to make. Easy clean up. Just great. I highly recommend!!

This is very well made. Our old one had a plastic handle this one is metal and is welded on. Should last.
