I do a lot of baking and this stuff is great. Love that it’s aluminum free which is important.

I was looking for a baking powder that didn’t have a potent after taste in the foods I baked. Thankfully this is aluminum free and I’ve noticed amazing results in all my baked goods! I will definitely keep buying this one.

With concerns about heavy metal toxicity, I was searching for a baking powder with no aluminum. This one performs well without the toxic effect of aluminum.
