Perfect for my cinnamon rolls
There are many uses for this tool. But I purchased it to cut my cinnamon roll strips into one and a 1/2 inch Lengths, it works very well. It locks in place it cleans easily in the dishwasher. very pleased. It comes in a nice box for storage as well.

I work in a pastry kitchen and we do a lot of bulk cakes and most wheels are 5 wheels, but this makes my job much easier with 7 being able to cover more of the cake at a time.
