A little messy but easy to use. Also, be patient with drying times.
Update 03-29-26: I have redone my nails 2 times so far using this powder set. The first set last me 3 or 4 weeks until I had a few corners crack, not because of the product but because I can be rough on nails. So far these powders have been pretty durable with just 3 coats. Love the colors and I like that I can be creative and make other colors by mixing the powders. Would definitely recommend. I have only used it once so far but it's relatively easy to use, just messy. For some reason I missed that it didn't come with the liquid set or the powder application pots. My fault, so I bought them separately. I knew I wanted to mix colors so I needed them to apply the powder without contaminating the base colors. For the glitter nude 36 count I mixed colors 547, 551 and 557 to make a coral color. I was hoping 557 would add a pretty shimmer to the color but unfortunately that was a bust. Originally when I added the orange it made the color way too orange with almost no pink so I added more pink and more shimmer. I have some plastic containers my boyfriend gave me and they are going to work perfectly for saving my mixed powders and I can actually dip my fingers in them as well for easy coverage. Application: I buffed the top of my nails with a fine grit file and dusted them off. I used 3 layers, first applying the base, then dipped my finger, brushed the excess, waited 60 secs, applied another layer of base, dipped, waited, brushed 3rd layer of base, dip, wait, brush. After the last layer of base dried I applied the activator, waited 60 secs and then filed and shaped my nail. Once it was smooth enough and shaped as well as I could get them since my nails are pretty short right now, I applied 2 layers of top coat. They definitely seem very strong like acrylic but not nearly as thick. I will say the liquid set just smells like super glue which is a relatively strong scent but dissipates quickly and doesn't linger. If they last a few weeks I'll try to update my review and I'll try a different color as well. I have a wedding to stand in in March so I may play around with it to see what I can come up with. This was my first time trying dip on my own although I've had it done multiple times professionally. It's easier than the gel acrylic diy set and less messy. Although I'm curious how creative I can get with the powders. My biggest suggestion is to be patient with allowing the liquid coats to dry. You'll be less likely to have a disaster and splotchy nails if you wait the necessary time in between layers. Dip one nail, tap the excess off and move on to the next. While you're applying the coats and dipping each finger it will give ample time to dry.

Amazing stuff!!! Wish I knew about this sooner :)
I am a mom to 7 kids and I don't have the time to sit down and use time consuming products. I also don't have the desire to pay tons of money at a salon and sacrifice time away from my family to get my nails done. So in the past I have tried different at home nail kit's to be able to save time, money and still get the "salon look" and that has the power to stay on my nails with everything I get into everyday. I have tried the gel polish in the store, also CND Shellac and drying it with the UV light and most recently I tried just plain old OPI from amazon and used the OPI fast drying topcoat. None of these stood the test of time, if they didn't smudge shortly after I got done painting them they would end up chipping and I would have awful looking nails. I would rather not paint my nails than have chipped nails. So I came across someone's facebook post last week and they were talking about dip powder at which time I decided to look into, a couple of youtube videos later I decided to purchase this product on Amazon. I received the product in the mail a couple of days ago, I just found the time last night to sit down and give it a try. It took me just one hour from start to finish to get done with my nails. There was no smudging, smearing, crinkling or any other damage done to the nails from not drying during the entire process. What I liked is that once you got the powder on and dried each layer it was dry no questions asked. Also let me just say you don't have to be a salon professional to use this product. This product is very easy to use, comes with great instruction's and all of the tools you need. Make sure that you follow the instructions and you will come out with a great SALON LOOK for a fraction of the cost. Plus with this kit you can do your nails and others many times. It doesn't take a lot of powder to do a whole set. They have a wonderful shine to them once you are complete and they feel very sturdy. Now to see how long they last........I will have to keep you updated on that. I would for sure buy this product as a gift and I will also continue to use this and probably eventually purchase other colors.

Honest Review - Short Square/Round Nails
First attempt with this kit & it turned out very well! The colors are very nice & even when doing white, two coats was probably enough — but I did do three coats to prevent chipping. It took a second to read through instructions but by about nail three, I had it down pat and was able to move fairly quick. I’m on day four with no issues so far & had a bunch of compliments! Only giving four stars because there’s a couple things that could be better: 1. The “tray” that you pour the powder it spilled twice & it is a pain to try and get the powder up, so you waste a lot. (I found it easier to dip the nail into the actual powder container.) 2.) The liquids could be a bit better. I found some nails clumped, and I had to use my buffer to smooth spots out. Overall, a great starter kit & would purchase again! 🤍

Very useful and comfortable for beginner
😍😍I recently tried a dip powder nail kit, and I’m honestly impressed with the results. It was my first time using this type of system, and the process was much easier than I expected. The instructions were clear, and the kit included everything I needed to create a salon-quality manicure at home. I love ❤️

High Quality Dip Powders!
I bought the Nailboo dip powder kit and was excited about it. But the quality was horrible. So I decided to look into new dip powders. I came across Beetles dip powder and read great reviews. I am SO HAPPY that I purchased this set. Not only was the dip powder super affordable, they last long and are of high quality! I added a photo of my nails 3 weeks in! Totally worth it and plan on buying more colors. THANK YOU BEETLES!!!

Buy an Etsy brand instead
This kit is cheap, and that is accurate all the way around. I like the colors (I forgot to take a picture of the other 10) and it's value is obviously there. My problem is I would have chipping within probably 4 hours, particularly on my thumb on my dominant hand. I prefer square shape nails, so that could be part of the problem. I watched lots of videos on how to prevent chipping, but nothing worked. My non dominant hand lasted about 4 days before I got cracking. But my dominant hand was cracking and chipping regularly. The colors are also fairly sheer, so to get full opacity you really need 3 layers of power for almost every color. The glitters are beautiful though and I am a huge fan of them. I wound up buying powders and liquid from smaller brands on etsy and have had SIGNIFICANTLY better results. Granted, the prices are also much more. But you get what you pay for. I havent tried the powders from this collection with the liquids from the etsy brands, but that's my next attempt. I'll update this once I do that little experiment. But if I were you, I would just pay the higher price and get an etsy company dip powder and liquid. I'm on day 7 of my etsy dip powder system and have had zero chipping, cracking, or lifting. So overall, no I don't recommend this to anyone. But if you decide to try it out, I think you'll like the color selection and the amount of colors you get. Update - I tried these powders with dip liquids from higher quality brands from etsy and it made a huge difference. I am now on day 4 of this Manicure and haven't had any issues with chipping or cracking. So I think these powders are fine- not great, just fine. the liquids are just trash though.

I’m usually too clumsy for DIY kits but this worked!
after getting dip nails done professionally for a costume event I really liked how durable they were with tips. Getting them removed left my nails so weak that I didn’t think this kit would work well until I healed better. But the steps were easy to follow & after getting over the initial clumsiness, the process got easier. The biggest observation I would make is that activator is hard to tell if it actually got on the nail (felt mostly like vapor not liquid) so you might be in danger of overusing it. Not too bad for weak, terrible nails on my first try 💖

Exquisite colors !
Buy it, you won't regret it. The colors are really nice and exactly as pictured. If you don't like pastel or soft colors that's definitely not for you. Otherwise buy it. It will last you a very very long time. And don't forget to buy the liquids.

Good product bottles a little empty. Perfect for beginners!
Just tried this & couldn’t be more pleased! I do recommend watching lots of videos beforehand on YouTube for tips. Super easy very good coverage. Bottles seem a little empty. Given how many powders are given, it’s ok as I’ll just buy new liquids if I want to carry on doing my nails lots more times. Which I’m sure I will!

Pleasantly surprised!!
Was surprised at how well this nail kit worked, its just like in the salons. Lasted about 2 weeks before any chips but I did thin coats, I'm sure for longer durability if you did an extra coat it would do the trick. Easy to soak off too if you get some professional acetone. The colours are exactly as displayed (a shame for me as I was hoping the neon's wouldn't be as bright as they are haha).
