Does this 50' hose with couplers have all the parts i need to convert my pw to quick disconnect?

No. As the description says this is a hose that has 3/8" quick-connect couplings, period.

I have a troy built 2800 psi from lowes, will this hose work with tb connectors?

these connections are universal as long as the TB connections are 3/8 you should be fine. If they end up being different replace the troy built ones and go to a local hardware store/ hydraulic shop and get the correct ones. I swear by these hoses and their connections.

Are you available with 100 '?

Yes, we do also have 100 feet of this high pressure hose with quick couplers included. See it here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00O2DUT4S?ref=myi_title_dp

How to use with ryobi ry1420300? the male end of this hose doesn't seem to be convertable to work with other couplers and connect to ryobi - help!

I'm not sure, go to HomeDepot and check. I don't know Ryobi RY1420300. Sorry.
