Tasty and value for money
We use for the morning porridge and home baked bread and to feed the birds. Glad I bought it, it is delicious.

Again another superb quality food
For anyone on a low gi diet(me) then this product is the one for you. Did you know that porridge oats are higher gi? I have these for breakfast and also feed them to the birds lol. We all love them. Very good quality, and reasonably priced, and again good delivery times. I shall always buy from Amazon, they cant be beat in my eyes
