A bit snug
I ordered a size up and it's a bit snug. My daughter tried wearing it once. I also bought her a next=size-up locally with the same issue so I'm sot sure what the deal is.

The bathing suits fits almost perfectly except that around the top, it’s very loose. Shows off her chest area a bit. I have to sew it about .25” on each side to fit properly.
