Well-made replacement OEM part
For starters, I own an LG washer model WM3670HWA that I bought back in January 2017. Over time, we noticed that draining the washer during our weekly maintenance (sometimes bi-weekly or monthly, not going to lie!) was taking longer and longer, as the washer was retaining more water than it originally did when brand new. We kind of noticed but didn't pay too much attention, as it was still operating normally. Then the pump failed about three years after our purchase. You'll have a pretty good idea it's the pump if you hear a fast clicking sound instead of a humming sound before the spin cycle starts, and the washer displays the OE error code moments later. Check to make sure your drain hose isn't kinked and that the filter next to the drain hose isn't severely clogged. If neither is the issue, then it's likely a bad pump.**Note: You can continue to operate the washer without the pump by manually draining it from the front hose outlet after seeing the error code, and restarting the spin cycle only (turn power off/on, and press SPIN SPEED). Just know that this is a tedious process that drains A LOT of water. The picture shows the label on the failed, original OEM part I pulled out of the washer. While the label on this replacement part bought off Amazon wasn't an exact match, it had the same dimensions and overall appearance. Fit perfectly and resolved the issue. There are some good YouTube videos out there for all you DIYers, but depending on your model, it can be a little time-consuming the first time. Took me about two hours, even after watching a couple decent step-by-step videos, because getting the rubber gasket/boot back on the door was a little difficult to line up. Everything else was pretty easy. For a $25 repair, it was totally worth it. A local company wanted to charge $180.Hope this helps! Good luck!--UPDATE 10/29/2020--After more than 7 months, still working great and no issues! If and when it fails, I'll be sure to post another update, seeing that some negative reviews mention it failing after only a few months. It's worth noting too that the pics of this pump show different labels, so it could be that the seller is changing periodically (right now it's Link EZ). Either that or the seller is changing its parts supplier from time to time.--UPDATE 12/5/2023--Well, the replacement pump finally died this week. Lasted 3 years 8 months, which is a little longer than the original pump that came with the washer. Not sure what it is with this LG washer model, but apparently the pump design is prone to failure every 3-4 years. There were slightly cheaper options on Amazon where I could have saved $5-7, but of course I bought this same pump again! If anything unexpected happens this time around, I'll be sure to post an update.

Works! Tested outside the machine. Whisper quiet.
Seems to be good quality part. So quiet, feels like it will not pump, but so far- it does.

Worked great for about 2 years
We use our washer daily. With 6 people and 3 dogs, living on a farm, the washer sees some abuse. Worked wonderfully for a little over 2 years, even after a house fire rather close to the machine. It's given up the ghost finally, and we are buying the same one again. LG washer.

We will see how long it lasts
Kenmore Elite washer dryer combo 79641002610. Error code “OE”. Unit not draining.Arrived on time and quickly. As many others have said you need to buy the spring removal tool to put the door seal retention spring clamp back on. You can take the spring off with a flat head screw driver but to get it back on you need the special plier tool or something to stretch the spring. Disassembly was easy after watching the videos on YouTube. The process is the same for all Kenmore Elite models starting 7964… Pump fit perfectly, but be aware you can mount the pump to the housing in the wrong position and this will prevent you putting the plate mounting bolts back in. Reminder to fully drain the unit from the filter drain hose before removing pump. We drained it twice and still got water everywhere. We used a #2 Phillips screwdriver, flathead screwdriver, slip joint pliers, needle nose pliers, 1/4” drive ratchet with (2) 2” extensions, 10mm 1/4” socket, spring removal tool, and lots of towels.Original pump lasted nearly 7 years, rough 2 -3 loads per week. Pump filter was cleaned monthly ish, probably not enough. Before failure pump started to rattle chronically. Reason for old pump failure was the front impeller seal failed at some point and water got into the housing with lint, hair, and debris which stopped up the shaft and pump failed. Old Pump was visibly damaged upon removal and did not spin normally. Will report back on pump status periodically. Other reviews indicate this pump lasting roughly 2 years. I am gonna buy a spare pump and hope I get another 5 years out of this machine. Otherwise unit seems pretty easy to work on. Ample room for access under and above the drum. Good availability for parts. Unit claims to have a 10year drive motor and drum warranty. The new LG version of this machine is $2000 so a $30 pump is cheep insurance.
