I have been using this headset now for more than half year at work. (Comms centre work; receiving and making calls. The headset is what the description says. It is a lightweight, easy to use, simple headset.The sound is decent quality in my end and on the other side also. (I am using the headset connected to Panasonic KX-TPA60 handsets, so I can type while on he phone.)As it is only mono (on one ear) it does not block out all the noises, sounds which is important for me, as we communicate using other methods also during our work and I do not have to remove it while talking in person to someone.I would recommend to anyone (if you are not one for the most expensive and comfortable sets only).

Quality for cheapness! Works well as adapter instead of using handset on some phones. Converter bit so you can use on pc. Well worth it.
