Helps when climbing up the mountains to recover faster

At first I was skeptical of trying this (heard ads on the radio) but I said why not. I was worried it wouldn't mix well as I received a cumpled tub, the clumps broke apart pretty well and I threw in my water bottle to dissolve. SHAKE IT. It helps a ton. Left it in the fridge overnight and after 4 hours in the sun cleaning my car, doing yard work and what not I didn't feel so hot. Went and grabbed the bottle with the Wilderness athlete in it, drank it slow and steady within 10 minutes I felt great! The taste is amazing especially with cold water. No chalky aftertaste or long aftertaste for that matter. Definitely way better than Pedialyte for me. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to change up what they use for hydration. I'll update the review after a few heavy workouts in a week or two.

On multiple meds that make it hard to stay hydrated and this does the trick.

Good flavor and good price. One recommendation would be to use it soon as you can because if it gets too old it will absorb moisturein the air and it doesn't dissolve as well.

I am trying to eat better and drink way too much diet soda. One of my client suggested this as an alternative to diet pop. I was skeptical but decided to try it. I ordered the Berry Blast. Immediately noticed how good it tasted, not real sweet like the sodas, it has a nice pleasant tart flavor. Stirs in and dissolves nicely in water. It took a few days to notice, but it does give me a nice boost in the morning, I don't like coffee so this is perfect. I wasn't having that mid morning rundown feeling like I would get to the soda, and this is good for you, keeps you better hydrated and provides needed electrolytes. I would highly recommend it.

I have tried many energy, pre-workouts, recovery powders and mixes and this has to be my favorite yet. The taste is great and easy to drink. I am an avid runner and got it for post-run recovery and noticed a big difference the first couple uses. My body didn't feel fatigued at all after drinking this after a run. It has been great in the mornings without a run even. It seems to get my head and body ready to go for the day as soon as I wake up. Highly recommend for any athlete or anyone at all!
