Healthy like Metamuscil
Aside from the strange packaging on this product, it is the active ingredient of products like Metamucil, but without the aspartame and orange flavouring. HIGHLY recommended by bowel doctors (consult your doctor first). Tastes like saw dust. :-( Hide it in your cereal, or orange juice or just swallow a spoonful of it and wash it down with something (it’s not that horrid). Like I said, ask your doctor, but my doctors really recommend it.

Best medicine for constipation
I suffered a lot with constipation. Once I started having it, I forgot that I had the complaint. Buy it now and will not regret ever.
