This item could be and should be for £23 so much better. The company selling item appears to be UK based but alas not. 2 weeks wait to be delivered in from China. Construction is good and it all comes apart so no mouldy bits that you cant get to, 👍 for that. But and the plastics moulded pieces still have obvious mould lines that are sharp and have not been taken off which makes it look cheaper and unfinished. I bought 2 as i wanted matching pairs. On first time use the paper thin glass vacuum inner smashed after my partner dropped accidentally dropped a spoon inside whilst adding coffee to the flask. It’s should be far thinker than that. It’s could be a really good product but unfortunately this has been made to a minimal cost to maximise profits but it has gone to far to the products detriment. Until quality and finishing is improved its not purchasing. I have not bothered trying to email for a replacement because there’s no point (Chineses Manufacture could not careless about customer satisfactions they’ve already got your money).

Only just went to use it and the glass inside has exploded every where, dangerous. Do not buy

Bought for use if the mains power fails. Tested it out on purchase and found it kept water hot enough to make a good cup of tea after six hours.
