decieved to keep,just wish it was smaller

The first car a drove was a 1948 Chevy Stylemaster. It was also the car I was driving the first time I was arrested (unfortunately 15 was too young to be driving)! It's in a display of cars, trucks and motorcycles I've owned or always wanted to own in my VOO DOO GARAGE workshop.

I bought this for my dad as a Christmas gift since he collects model cars. He really loved it. It's very well made.

I have just started collecting die cast cars, and not a real fanatic about it. I ordered two models a month ago from Motormax. First the company would not accept my credit card, due to the fact that I wanted to use my reward points toward the purchase. When I recieved this model, metal drippings were on the roof making bumps that were painted over. I realize that for the price and that it was made in China, it's the old "Pays your money takes your chances" kind of deal. Like I said I am not a real perfection fanatic when it comes to this type of thing, so I will keep it. The other model 49 Mercury was just fine
