Purple pole
We love the product but a purple pole came with it vs green. Ended up looking pretty enough to keep it. :)

Missing pieces
The brackets were missing. Nice item but we can’t put it up. How do we get the brackets without returning the full item?

Nice looking unit. Seems ok but i've seen better for a lower cost.

Missing hardware
It’s not worth the cost. It’s very flimsy and came with 5 bolts and needed 8. They weren’t even stainless. I was very disappointed in the overall product compared to another brand for the same price we had just installed.

Perfect
Very easy to assemble, you obviously need a second person to help hold it up but it’s self explanatory! Our new puppy poops a lot and our yard is decently small so this is a life saver haha
