UPDATE: Great Customer Service
Bought this end of July 2023... worked fine to begin with...However, by November 2023... not even 4 months into using this... the cord connecting to the shower head split wide open and water is bursting out everywhere... CHEAP RUBBISH!!!! You get what you pay for... I should have known better... DONT BUY as you'll have to replace it again very soon after...UPDATE 12/11/23I have to say customer service from this Co. really impressed me and so I am compelled to update my review on this product... They contacted me immediately and remedied the situation with no fuss... I have never had a Co. go above and beyond like Dakings did in order to fix the issues for me and compensate me...I would now definitely recommend buying from this Co...

Outstanding Shower Head with HIGH PRESSURE!!
Living in California, it’s hard to find shower heads that allow a high water pressure (most say unavailable to ship to California :( …). Thankfully, this shower head is amazing and is available in Cali! Super easy to install (it takes no tools- you simply hand tighten), it works well, and it’s got several nice settings, including high pressure settings. The price is well below others on the market with the same features too, so I’m extremely happy with the purchase! Overall, I’m beyond satisfied with this product!

Easy to install with excellent customer support
I was pleasantly surprised to find a card in the package containing an email address to contact in order to increase water flow (despite pre-installed flow-limiter component). Having contacted the email address, I had a pleasant couple of interchanges during which I sent photos and they sent back the same photos annotated so I would know exactly what component to remove from the shower head and why. This made actually removing the o-ring which increases flow threefold quite easy! Beyond that, installing the whole shower head was extremely easy -- took me all of ten minutes! And then, I was sooooo relieved to find that the water pressure (despite the flow limiter) was about the same as on my old shower head! I also really like the settings available. I usually use the one which is more like an outdoor hose, but this shower head also has a "mist" setting which provides exactly that -- and I think I will use it a lot -- because, with hot water, it will give an effect very much like what one encounters in the steam room at the gym. The shower head is still new, so I cannot provide information on how well it holds up, but it does seem sturdy. Thanks, Dakings!
