Perfectly. You could also run both pairs on 2 channels and bridge the other 2 to run a sub.

I don't know the specs of your speakers, but this amp puts out 55watts @ 4ohms and 80watts @ 2ohms. BTW, that's per channel. I have the S-Series speakers which match this amp. They sound great paired together. But, I know the R-Series can handle more wattage.
