Based on poor reviews of know-off products at half the cost, I decided to get this original manufacture item.All is perfect with it and installation only takes 3 minutes.I don't know why the seller has in there comments section "May Require Additional Purchase Of Dex2420Z8A O-Ring Kit Set Of 2 O-Rings"The item I received had all three o-rings included.

Easy Install!!
Was originally going to buy generic replacement for less but read many reviews and decided to go with Hayward brand replacement. Glad I did. Fit perfect and install took 15 minutes. Used strap wrench to remove old one easily. Had to gently pry upwards to remove. Applied pool lube to new gaskets and was able to install new one to locked position by hand. No tools needed for installation. Would highly recommend this product!

Nicer modern design
So much easier to install than expectedThe modern design and details are such a wiser choice than the predecessor.The new style air relief valve handle versus the old style screw valve is a nice element.The entire removal of the ping pong ball and just an open cavity makes me wonder why it was ever designed originally with a ball.Yes this will fit a Hayward DE3620 even though the design elements are completely different looking

Very easy replacement - works great so far
Not being handy I was concerned when the Hayward air relief assembly began to slowly leak. Called a few pool repair places and with install would be a minimum 3X what I paid for this replacement assembly. When this assembly arrived from Amazon, I watched a few minutes and it took no more than 10 minutes to remove the old assembly and install this new assembly. Working great so far. Very easy to remove/install!
