Would highly recomend this product

I needed a new knife (domestic kitchen) and reluctant to spend lots and lots for a knife when pro kitchens seem to use this type of knifeSharpened (on diamond steel) on receipt, and takes sharp edge. Weight and balance is fine for meDownside? For some reason, and I'll accept it may well be my (lack of) knifeskills, cutting some veggies results in the item 'sticking' to the blade, but I think I've solved it by using a slightly different technique (see I said it was me!)

Right length. Very sharp. But a bit wider than I would have liked.

The knife is exactly what I need, cuts well, sharp, the only issue I have is its a bit too heavy, otherwise does the job.

for the price it's pretty good

Know I am happy with an 6" kitchen knife. It's a useful item for vegetables,etc.
