I was a college CIS instructor for many years and this book is way over priced. I'm sure the expectation was that a school/CIS course would required it. In that case the student has to buy it. But, if and individual wants to buy it and self teach they have to spend another $120+ to get the required practice files. Without them the book is useless.If the practice files came with the book it could be good, but $136 for this book is outrageous. I sent it back.

This is an expensive textbook when bought brand new and it doesn't come with a MyITLab access code, which teachers will require. That's an additional $90.00.

Awesome seller! Great price, and great condition. Exactly what I needed for my management and organizational behavior class.

This is an awesome book. To give you some advice: Do the exercises first and then read the book. You learn more by doing. The exercises are step by step and well laid out.
