My husband has body arthritis and this has been a life safer for him. He keeps it on his recliner and we placed a sheet over it and he loves it! It's long enough that it reaches his shoulders and down to his calves. It has 3 different temperatures controls which he uses depending on the type of day he is experiencing. This has been a wonderful investment for his well-being. I highly recommend this product.

I’m a massage therapist and used this for the first time yesterday. It worked fine with no issues. It was used for only an hour, then I turned it off and unplugged it. When I arrived at my office the next day, I plugged it back in and turned it on, leaving it to heat up while I prepared for my client to arrive. However, when I checked it fifteen minutes later, it still wasn’t warm. I tested the outlet by plugging in other devices and they all worked fine. I then plugged the warmer into different outlets around the room, but it still would not work. This warmer is a piece of junk and a waste of money.
