Q: Can you just by the hose adapter? as i have the regular azuno.

I would assume so, especially since they actually send it detached, you can see the connection in the picture.

It would work to put air in the tires. But it will not mount a tire. that would have to be done by a person and some other tools.

Q: Is there a way to adjust the regulator in the gauge? I can only fill my bike tire to 70psi.

There is a gauge to tell you how air you are putting in, it does not auto stop on certain number. You put in air needed to reach your psi.

When you attach the hose end to the gauge end you may have air leakage. The Teflon Tape wrapped around the threads, prior to insertion, will seal the gap and prevent any leakage.
