Brilliant Product!!!
I absolutely love this product. You just have to keep an eye on it when you turn on energy saver as the WiFi sometime fails leaving the poor cat without a feed.

Mother Board Failure
The cat feeder failed after 12 months plus a few days. We tried everything, such as rebooting the feeder and router, and removing the device from the app and adding it again, before customer service informed us that there was a motherboard malfunction. Since the feeder conveniently broke a few days after 12 months, PETKIT's warranty will not cover this malfunction. We went through other customers' comments and questions asked online, and it seems motherboard malfunctions are a very common issue with PETKIT's products. For us, it's £130 wasted on this rubbish, and ironically, PETKIT kindly proposed a 10% discount if we wanted to buy a replacement, but the model we purchased is actually on a 50% sale on Amazon. Avoid this company, and there are many cheaper alternatives you can choose from.

The media could not be loaded. HelloDoes anybody knows why these 2 are flashing? I couldn’t found anything on a guidance book.Thank you

Doesn't actually weigh out correct amounts
I bought this to get my cats diet in order as she was leaning towards a little "chunky". Unfortunately this will not help as it really doesn't know how much food is dispensed and my cat has won again!. This the two stars . On the positive, I can set up the morning feed and for when I'm away, so I get a little peace.If you're looking to measure the amount of food your cat gets and need to control her weight. This is not the machine for you

I feel expensive
I bought it that will be good quality and long lasting but in a month it's stop working and now I even can't return because I through box.In the biggening I was very happy because very easy to use and very effective but once it's stop working I am not happy with quality.

Doesn’t dispense or sync with blue tooth… an expensive cat bowl
Tried to get help to get this to work but pushed even more products by the app from the range. Very little about the cat and well-being; all about the rangeWe bought for our two cats but they won’t feed together from double dish as dishes too small
