The author did a great job of getting to the point with lots of valuable information and tips to lower blood pressure.

Wow a great way to do this without prescriptions
I am going to try these methods out as I want to improve my hbp. I have just had to change to a stronger prescription by my doctor so this gives me hope that I can lower it naturally and eventually get off these medications.

Amazing no fluff book on high blood pressure
Love this book. He is no preacher. He gets to the point. And his pleasant humor shines through. I get the idea he gets results. Obviously, with the nice case study. The advice is practical. Some very unique. Like static exercises. Simple dietery changes. Read the book you'll not be disappointed.

This book is a scam. Only a doctor should be giving advice to the public about how to lower blood pressure. Igor Klibanov is not a doctor. He is unprofessional and this book is a scam for money.

you need this book
pricey but worth it for the nutrition advice for those with high bp. i went from crisis to high normal in a week by throwing myself into the diet suggested. i will continue to incorporate the foods and cut down caffeine etc to get it down further. only section i didnt like was the suplements as they are not for me but the rest was great.

The title of this book is exactly what you get! The author is true to his word on this - I have begun using the techniques in this book with clients and family (it hasn't even been a month as yet either) and already we are experiencing significant positive results. Short, easy to read, need to know information about reversing your high blood pressure.
This book was easy to read without all the extra filler like other books. Filled with important knowledge about reversing high blood pressure through specific exercises; nutrition; and over the counter supplements. Case studies are included with detailed instruction as to what they tried, for how long, and what worked and what didn’t. Highly recommended.

love the supplements section. most people do not need to be on drugs. get a good home bp monitor and this book and start taking control.
