Easy to assemble and fold, but feels a little flimsy. Good size for my 10.5 kg Yorkie Cross. Product is made in China.

thought I was getting a new pen but I got a full of fur some sort of residue hole in the floor garbage. And now no reply from the seller. Completely Disappointed and I want my money back. I have now been charged the postage to return and insure that the package will be delivered BACK TO Ruff n Ruffus .I paid out of pocket now almost 200.00 and not one person has returned my phone calls. emails to the company and thru Amazon. I find it funny how all of a sudden you're showing satisfied customers. When I purchase the product there were none. I will be taking action due to the fact that I have been taken out of pocket almost 200.00 cnd

Unfortunately I was sent the wrong size so I had to return it. The product itself is pretty good but was too small. They were extremely responsive the entire time and refunded me quickly. I would purchase something else again from this seller with comfort.

Love this! It's easy to set up and pack back up. It comes with a carrying case and travel bowl. I bought this for my 2 year old Bluetick Coonhound (about 50lbs.) for when we go visit family out of state. Her regular kennel takes up the entire back of my car leaving no room for our bags. I decided instead of hauling that heavy thing around, I'd get her a travel kennel. At first I was hesitant because of her size, but she has ample room in this thing! This is not something I'd put her in all the time because I know my dog is a chewer. But she will be good in it overnight for vacations. There's plenty of room to throw her bed and some toys in there. I will update this after our vacation coming up. :)
