As per usual I read a ton of reviews of all affordable super/oversized king non-down comforters, duvets, inserts, etc. before picking this. I've probably spent less time deciding on a new car than on this comforter. This was not the cheapest one I considered, but I could tell from photos of competing products that those would be disappointingly thin. This one is acceptable in loft/thickness. It definitely could be more luxurious, more fluffy, but if so it might be too warm. We'll see how we feel in the upcoming Los Angeles summer; right now we have another comforter on top of this for dog purposes so we're plenty warm.Mostly I'm thrilled with the extra length all around compared to a standard king--our bed finally looks like a grown-up. Even though it's oversized, I can still kick one foot out the side for "temperature regulation" purposes. IYKYK.

So comfortable! So light weight. Static when you change the Duvet cover - but polyester fabric does that. I am really happy with this comforter. Surprisingly good for the price.
