Fit on a Moto Z Force is probably too tight, even though the description indicated that it would fit the phone. Part of the side of the case has already split from the back. The case is pretty, but gets only 2 stars because of quality issues.

So it works. I mean it does what it's supposed to; it charges wirelessly. But there are definitely issues with it. It charges really slowly so slowly that while on the dock with hulu playing the battery power goes down faster than it charges and I am using the Samsung Fast Charge wireless charger. Also it doesn't keep very well to the charge; while docked it keeps going in and out despite nothing moving or touching it. I have Hulu playing and it is constantly pulling up "Wireless Charger Detected" and covering up the screen with the percentage of how charged it is; the video continues to play in the background but it's still pretty annoying. You definitely don't want to watch a movie while it's sitting on the dock and it takes almost 6 hours to fully charge.

Does not charge!If you want to return the product it is nothing but a headache and it will COST you . Now I'm stuck with a non charging battery pack. IT'S a third party item and Amazon doesn't even help . At this point Amazon shouldn't even deal with third parties.How do you sell me non charging battery and when I want a refund because the item doesn't work you expect me to pay to return the item how is that fair to me ? So let me get this straight 🤔 I have to pay for the item, pay to return the item when the item never even worked to begin with, unbelievable!

False description. Just a cheap plastic case. NOT a battery case. Even the picture on this item is WRONG.... This was my third try to get the advertised product. AMAZON: Change the wording on this product. It is wrong in TWO places. In the main description it says " Battery Case" and in the body of the product description it claims it will keep you phone charged to 80%.I found another item that shows several pictures from different angles that IS the correct item for almost $80. I think Amazon should replace my incorrectly sent item with the $79.?? to me as a replacement for no additional cost since they have been notified and not corrected the wording on these.Deception in advertising. You are better than this Amazon!

I read the reviews but didn't believe them. This is not a battery pack. It's just a case. I have the battery pack and although they look very similar, I was so disappointed. I caught it at a lower price and thought I was getting the battery pack. It is being sold for way too much at regular price. Battery pack at the Verizon store was about $80 brand new.
