The Brownstone: Celtic Whispers (The Brownstone Series Book 3)

While each book will stand on its own, Celtic Whispers wraps Ms. Browns lovely and intriguing trilogy in a circle of understanding completeness. Her characters, especially Lily and Coleman, are fully fleshed and skillfully drawn as the pieces of lives-past and future- come together in this final act of her Brownstone Trilogy. There is a large exhale in this beautifully conceived finale, and the reader is brought to the moments of revelation with care and tenderness. While The Brownstone Series introduces concepts and connections that may be unknown, as yet, to the reader, by the time Celtic Whispers concludes one has been immersed in the raw and delicate revelations of the human heart on its journey to understanding. We can only hope that Ms. Brown will allow us to continue to share this flawed and beautiful world she has so lovingly created by continuing to add to the Brownstone Series.

The Brownstone: Celtic Whispers ties up the loose ends found in the first two books in this series. I recommend reading those first for backgound into this final book. The only thing I wished I had re-read them as the time gap between the second and third left me trying to remember the characters and story line more fully. Nevertheless, Miss Brown's story had me reading it straight through and enjoying the twists and turns of the main character as she begins to understand the extent of her 'gift'. Thank you Julie Brown!

I truly enjoyed the Brownstone series. After devouring the first two I couldn't wait to find out what happened in the third and final book of the trilogy. Though I am a bit disappointed we are finished with Lili's story our author will no doubt tell many more inspiring tales of others in the future.

Julie Brown did it again!! The Brownstone Celtic Whispers is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! This book ties the whole series together brilliantly. I cried tears of sadness and tears of joy through out the book! The depth of love amongst the characters is gripping and keeps you wanting more! The bonds of family and friendship are so fantastically illustrated to show that no matter what tragedy or secrets are revealed, love at a soul level and the greater plan are "written in the stars".

I was so pleased that Julie Brown completed her third (and final?) book, Celtic Whispers, in The Brownstone Series. It tied everything together so well.Julie is a compassionate and talented writer. I hope more books from her are on the way.
