This is one of my favorite kitchen tools. It works well when serving food from boiling water. The holes are large enough that water drains away quickly and it won't scratch non-stick coatings.

This is the best silicone spatula I’ve ever had. I’ve had one in green for years and it still looks new.I bought this one as backup as it matches all my other cooking utensils with the stainless handle, yet has the silicon head.

The only thing I would change about this skimmer is it needs to be a little more rigid. It's not good for scooping rice or thick foods.

All in all I like it but I was hoping the end would be sharper and the middle of it a lttle more sturdy. I do use this for frying but my main purpose was to use it as a pot or fring pan scraper and it isn't what I needed.I had a small black spatula with gaps i n between, maybe 10 inches and the spatually a rigid 4 inches,sharp end and it was super at removing things that stick to pots and FP. But the hard plastic handle broke.I tried repairing it but it failed.

This scrapes the pan and won't scratch the non stick surface. The long handle is a plus.I recommend

Very well made and functional. The silicone is not toxic as plastic would be and withstands much higher temperatures.
