Wrong Item Delivered
I ordered WillPowder Calcium Lactate *Gluconate* and I received Calcium Lactate instead. I'm not returning... as I am staying in Singapore. The item goes straight to my rubbish bin immediately. And that's the reason I gave 1-star. I've purchased the item directly from WillPowder before and never experienced anything like that so I'm not sure who to blame this time...

Good product
Making some of the molecular recipes became enhanced by using this powdered ingredient. We actually thought the items were more tasty than an entire plateful!

Used for mojito spheres
Great shipping great product as advertised however the gastronomic uses were slightly disappointing as I should have bought a smaller package. I went for price per gram however I should have bought the kit to try it out first.
