Absolutely fantastic, no smell, heat or cold
They are brilliant and work very well. It hard to remember your wearing it. No smell, no hot or cold sensation, you don't even feel it on. Just works brilliant. I have arthritis on my spine & hips, I put mine on my the base of my spine and relieves pain with out thing. Much better than loads of tablets. No side effects on me at all. It's just magical

Good adhesion but painful to remove!
I am on morphine for various painful conditions and this is my go to if I need more pain relief, BUT removing it is like having a back wax, ouuuuch!
