Stronger than Toshiro Mifune
Yep, I needed this for my Kimono and it is perfect. Actual Japanese Obi belts are seriously expensive, but these are harder wearing and much cheaper. Perfect for watching Akira Kurosawa movies.

Maybe I should have washed it first, but I didn’t want to fade it and I wonder if it would still have leeched colour anyway?

The texture
Hi guys.White and yellow belts were very good, they have a good quality texture, soft. But red and orange (don't know about supirior grades... Yet) are rough and kind of cardboard sensation, they are not as bad as other brands but defenetly not as good as white and yellow
