I had one of these hoses at our previous house. It ran from a tap on the side of the house, under our deck and connected to an in ground sprinkler system. I tie wrapped it to our gas line that followed the same route. I chose this steel hose because I figured it would be less likely to rot in the sun and weather since it was a semi permanent (well permanent because I left it there for the new owners). The hose is very light weight and very flexible. I believe the metal casing will protect it against the elements. I had no issues in the 3 years I used it. I blew it out with a compressor for the winter. At our new house I purchased this hose and ran it through a abs pipe under a walkway before the walkway was installed. I plan for this to be a permanent installation and felt this hose was a better option than a regular hose or an in ground sprinkler pipe installation. It was very easy to pull this steel garden hose through the pipe which has several bends in it. Time will tell if it holds up.

I absolutely love this hose. Very durable and lightweight. Best is the no kink feature. I’ve always bought high quality heavy duty hoses but they are so heavy and expensive. This hose feels so light it is easily moved about without any unrolling necessary it just glides over the pavement with ease. I wish I had ordered seventy five feet so I can wash my car. I will be ordering another section to connect when I want to wash my car Great value and an awesome hose for seniors like myself to handle. Five stars highly recommend

Para los que tienen el problema que se le doblan mangueras y las mangueras buenas son muy largas, esta opción es muy buena, no se dobla, mide poco menos de 8 metros y funciona de maravilla.
