Night & Day Murphy Cube Cabinet Chest Bed (Queen, Hickory)

I highly recommend this bed, and I am very happy with the customer service provided by the dealer. This company called me a couple of hours after I purchased the bed to thank me, explain the shipping process and provide a direct phone number for any questions. These guys are amazing!!! Extremely well packaged. I was nervous when I ordered this cabinet bad, it is one of the biggest purchases that I have ever made online. I wanted to have a more comfortable bed for my guests and a sofa bed I had in the guestroom, and I did the measuring and ordered the queen size. It is perfect! It is easy to set up As a bed. The finish on the piece was beautiful. I chose this cabinet bed because it has an open headboard while all the others are closed within the cabinet. It is 30 and made with solid wood panels along with sturdy latches and fittings. It took my husband and I two hours to assemble and was easier than an IKEA nightstand. I am very happy with this gorgeous piece

Well we bought this bed for our Toy hauler conversion, as it is 8ft x14ft and wanted to have space when not sleeping. The company contacted us 1 day after purchase to let us know that it was being processed and would be shipped out in one to two days. Latterly got a call 2 days later from the shipping company to let us know that it would be delivered that Friday afternoon. It was delivered on a semi with a lift gate so I met him up on the road as I have a 300ft long driveway and no place for them to turn around. The driver worked with me to get it loaded in the back of my pickup. Man I was quite surprised to see how well packaged it was. This company went above any other out their in my book. Assembly was really quite easy for me. The instructions where easy to understand for me as I have to work with schematics all the time. So far we are very pleased with it. I do believe it will hold up to the traveling that we will be doing. This is really built well.

First of all the shipping company, Estes Freight, did an excellent job. Not a scratch or ding on a single box. Today I opened all boxes and items were in excellent condition. No scratches or anything. Definitely need to people to put together and took us about 2 hours. Pieces were sturdy and well made. Instructions were tricky for me but my friend found them to be a cinch and very helpful. Once all together this is a nice looking Murphy bed cabinet. I still have placed mattress inside as it’s airing out for a couple days. Once that is complete I will update review. All in all I am very pleased with this purchase and would suggest it to anyone with limited space. I have no worries about putting one of my guests in this bed.

This is a quality cabinet bed for a reasonable price. It includes a three-section but joined memory foam mattress that is comfortable for occasional guest use. There is no pull-out storage drawer, but with the mattress tucked away there’s space for two pillows, folded sheets and blankets atop the stacked mattress sections and under the top cover piece. Very similar units at other sites had the drawers but were much higher cost. Setting up the bed is simple but may require two persons to remove the top and place on the floor at the foot of the bed. Likewise for replacing the top section.This is a well-crafted furniture piece with lots of solid wood members. Assembly took me about 1-1/2 hours at a leisurely pace. The company who actually sells it called me and told me what to expect with packaging and delivery. It was delivered on a small skid, strapped vertically but well protected and secured. I unpacked the box in the driveway and carried a few components at a time to the assembly room.All holes were precisely located, and the instructions are better than average. A video is online if you wish to reference that.The cabinet is about 4” deeper than I expected making it a bit obtrusive in the room, but I rearranged a few items to compensate. I’m glad I chose this unit as it will be used occasionally when guests stay over.I thought it was a good value and recommended this cabinet bed.

I didn't have wall space for a Murphy wall bed so I bought this chest bed. I decided on this one because when the bed is in use: my guests do not have half a cabinet over their heads (only one with a fully removable top), the mattress was 6", and I liked the wood tone. I also purchased a 2" topper for the mattress because I was concerned with the three mattress sections. It took no time at all to assemble, had all the parts, and is comfortable. I have had 3 guest sleep on it and they all said it was very comfortable. I was and am still leery about how sturdy the bottom support for the mattress is, we will see. So far, so good.
