Ordered Mina organic Moroccan Mint flavored herbal tea and green tea (1 box each) just to try and I really liked it so I ordered again, this time 6 boxes of the organic moroccan mint herbal tea. Unfortunately for me, I was sent the wrong tea - 6 boxes of organic lemon verbena herbal tea. I was very disappointed because I was all out of tea. I contacted the seller and they quickly responded and I received the correct tea within a few days😁. They also told me to enjoy the lemon verbena tea on them and they apologized for the mistake. I do want to point out that it was amazon’s mistake and not the seller’s. I am sharing the lemon verbena with friends so they can try, enjoy and then buy Mina teas for themselves. I will continue ordering my teas from this vendor, and btw, the lemon verbena is nice.

My husband is a big fan of mint tea. I got this for him and he and I both thought it was wonderful. The aroma when you open the beautiful box it’s packaged in is glorious. The packaging has such a pretty high end look about it which this product deserves. Right away I knew this was going to be a fantastic quality tea! I’ve since reordered multiple times for him as well as gifted a box. The recipient has since asked for more. They agree it is great!

The tracking shows it arrived and was delivered in to a city about an hour south of my shipping address. I checked over the information and I don't understand how it would end up in a different county than the one it was sent out to deliver to. The shipping address and the address delivered to are not the same. Either the tracking route needs to be fixed or there was a mix up somewhere along the way. I really wanted to like this but it's simply not here and it says it's delivered.Update:I recieved my package in an recyclable envelop with the box crushed. The bags are plant based and all natural, the tea is made of fresh leaves, and come individually wrapped. It was in fact a good tea. I found I had to steep longer than the recommended 2 minutes to get the proper flavor though. My problem is how Amazon handles their business. First off, it says it delivered to Denton, which is an error in the tracking route system. Second off, it was delivered in an envelop so it's not very ideal for the product to still be intact or a good condition. Third, the delivery. Depending on the employee, they will just put it at the end of the driveway on top an old truck we never use so we never see the packages being pilled up. This makes it easy for theft. I never had a problem with that until recently, so if your front porch isn't a short distance from the street, make sure to clarify where you want your package before you order. Other than that, the tea itself is delicious and refreshing.
