Q: How long are the straps on this seat? Could they fit to attach to a larger upholstered dining room chair?

Hopefully someone will be willing to take the time to measure the straps for you! I would recommend you reach out to Peg Perego customer service for that information. But just as a general rule of thumb, we have brought the chair to my in-laws, my parents, my grandparents, even out to restaurants and it has always fit on every chair we've encountered. So I think it is highly likely you would have no problem securing it to a substantially sized dining room chair.

Q: The removable cushions on mine are coming apart. Is there a way to order replacements? For the price, I expected it to last longer.

I actually just called their customer service number myself because my cushions are coming apart too. They informed me the cushions are not covered under warranty but replacement sets can be purchased from them for $17 plus shipping.

Q: How steardy is the tray? It looks a little flimsy on the sides. Would it stand up to a child pounding on it (as my 12 month old son tends to do)?

Yes. My 10 month old gives it a good workout. So far everything has held up wonderfully. The sides are more sturdy than they appear.

Q: Is it easy to clean? We currently use the Ikea high chair and it is super easy to clean.
