This net is very large.

If you are only using it to land a single fish at a time from the end of your fishing rod then this will work. I pulled some good size fish up from a high pier with no issues. But crabs etc. would easily destroy this net if that’s what you’re planning to use it for. For fishing, you’ll also need to attach your own rope to pull the net up. The one they provide is more like super strong dental floss. That’s a very accurate description. I put a Clip on the end of some string rope and Clipped it to the loop on the net. Easily un-clips so you can re-fold the wire on the net to form a circle to get it back in its delicate little bag with the pink string on the end. Don’t ask me, I didn’t design it. It’s not great but with all the money you spend on fishing gear it’s nice to not over pay and get something that works. At least it works for now.

Net is great for shrimp. Do not expect this to hold up to crabs or even pin fish. It does work great for shrimp. The bag in the bottom is very small if you try to use bait balls or bags. First crab tore it up.

It is very light which is nice for carrying but flies like a kite in the wind. It folds up very small which is convenient. I think I will add a detachable weight.
