This teapot is pretty great for the price. While it certainly isn't the most sturdy glass pot, you should have no issues avoiding breakages if you are careful with washing and tea making. The inner glass leaf holder is nice, as it's non metal composition does not add unwanted flavor profiles to one's cup. The slits at the bottom of the leaf holder are fairly wide, so do not add finely cut tea leafs into the chamber unless you enjoy some particulates in your cup. Most loose leaf tea is large though, so this typically shouldn't be an issue. The volume stated is a bit gracious, as if you were to fill the pot with a full liter, the liquid level will come to the edge of the spout making pouring/moving a dangerous game. Overall the build and functionality are not superb, but they do get the job done quite nicely; and for the extremely low price it's hard to complain. I suggest this teapot for anyone wanting to get into loose leaf tea, but isn't fond of high end teapot prices.

The pot is great but the middle part cracked! Can this piece be replaced otherwise I’d have to return the whole pot…

The inside was rather dusty and had some particles and a dead fly stuck in the infuser when opened. It's fine, it could be cleaned. However looking closer at the cut lines (where the tea is supposed to seap) in the glass infuser looked like it was done after the glass was cooled and dry, as there was jagged little cracks around the cuts. (Don't know how they cut their glass. I feel like there's gotta be a method to get smoother results though like wet sanding). Felt too concerned to try out the product for fear that little bits of glass could errode off of these micro cracks into the tea. Could be wrong, and that it's safe, but I wouldn't be able to get over the possibility. I'm thinking the version with the metal infuser is probably a safer bet and will probably get that one instead. Everything else besides the infuser looked good quality, just like the photos and was packaged light and well protected. Maybe I just got a dud. Rip. 🤷‍♀️

I love this tea pot. It is the perfect size. So cute.

Like the style it is beautiful and so elegant at the same time! My uncertainty, is the thinnesses of the glass when placing on a counter-tops. the stove or burner that it may crack or break.
