I am slightly addicted to coffee. I admit it. I drink no water other than what I get in coffee. I realize this isn’t healthy but I’m not fond of drinking water and don’t want anything sweetened. So I decided to give iced tea a try. Well it worked! My fluid intake is up and I really do feel better. I love that this can have the boiling water poured right into it. I love that it tastes great! I really love that when I pour it into a glass it doesn’t spill…as in it never spills out of the spout. The only thing I don’t love is that water gets trapped between the glass and the plastic holder when you put it into the dishwasher. (If you turn the little knobby thing on the bottom it releases the water) It’s lightweight and fits perfectly in my refrigerator. I really like the way it looks. I would definitely buy this again. As a matter of fact, I did buy another for my daughter. Oh and if you’re looking for a great tea I highly recommend the Twinings Strawberry and Raspberry's Ice tea. Caffeine free and addicting.

Great product! Good design: glass is protected from bumps, glass does not break when pooring boiling water into it, fits in fridge door, and holds enough tea/juice/coffee to last awhile.

Didn’t want to review this until I used it for a few weeks. I’m super happy with this product. It’s a well thought out design. The internal glass pitcher is nice because it doesn’t collect the smells of the fruit I’m mixing in with the water. The outer, plastic shell is solid and I’m able to tighten it over the pitcher a bit. The handle is plenty sturdy and the spout is stainless steel and doesn’t get moldy which I really like. This product is a bit more expensive than the others I looked at but is very much worth it.

I got a pair of these to cool boiling water off before putting in the fridge overnight to have cold drinking water. They worked exactly as I expected. They’re a little heavy when full, but that’s water for ya. They are easy to clean by taking them apart and putting the glass in the dishwasher. However, almost exactly two years after I got them, they started allowing water to slip between the glass and plastic carrier when pouring. The result is water all over the floor and counter or whatever happens to be under it. However, I noticed the base has an inner ring that adjusts the height of the glass in the pitcher so it mashes against the silicone gasket. Once I figured that out, no more leaks.

I bought 3 of these, all different colors. They work great and are easy to fill, but the lid doesn't fully seal so be careful for spilling. Even if you spin the lid to make sure the openings aren't at the front, it will still let liquid under the lid and will pour out.
