First cartridge all used up in a month of use...
We bought a new Brother 5370DW printer from Amazon a couple of months ago, and bought two spare cartridges (one is the Brother toner, the other is this "compatible" one) at the same time. This one was just a trial, since it was cheap. We bought the Brother one in case this one failed in quality or longevity. The first thing we noticed is that the box stated it is compatible with several toner cartridges like the TN620 and TN650, but it didn't say anywhere that it functioned like the TN650 (8000 copies) rather than the TN620 (3000 copies). The printer tracks when you change cartridges, and prints a tally of various stats such as number of pages printed since the toner changed. After about 1 month, this toner faded out but we knew we used it a lot. Total page count was 7,700 pages. Most of our pages are legal size (8"x14") and heavy text (small text, minimal margins, so lots of toner is used). The product spec's here say 8,000 pages at 5% coverage, and we assumed they mean letter size (8x11). That we got close to that in legal is great! We would have been satisfied if we got 6,000 or more pages since we know our use isn't normal. We bought from greattoners, service was great, product more than met our needs and expectations. We will definitely be buying more of these.

Good Customer Service and Quality
We brought this product for our Brother All-In-One (MFC-8890DW). The cartridge was new, Non-Brother origin and fit and worked perfectly. The cartridge was advertised as a replacement for the TN 650 (8,000 copies). After 3,000+ copies the Brother stated the toner was low and cartridge needed replacement. I contacted Vivamart. They gave us no hassle; sent a return label and shipped a replacement cartridge to us. The print quality from their cartridge is indistinguishable from Brother toner. I recommend these cartridges. The bottom line is; they work with you, the toner quality is good and the price is good!

Works like the original
I purchased this a couple of weeks ago and just got around to installing it. After printing about 100 pages, I can say that it is working without a hitch. There are a few tiny black spots here and there but nothing that can't be completely overlooked. All in all, for the money, cannot possibly beat this product. I will keep using it and keep track of the page count and eventually update this review to let you know what it's longevity was like. Also, on the cartridge itself, it does say TN580 but I am trusting that this product is rated for 8000 pages for my MFC-8680DN. If this cartridge destroys my printer, they won't be able to hide from me!

Excellent replacement
This is an excellent replacement for the much more expensive brand option. I do a lot of printing so I am not 100% sure but I think it lasted less time than the brand toner(thus 4 stars and not 5). However, the price is so much lower that it is still really worth it. I buy one every time I put a new one in so I always have one on hand. But even if I didn't, delivery is so fast that if you order one when the print starts to get light, you will have the new one within a few days. One little quirk I found is that before the printer told me that I needed new toner, the pages became faint. I will continue to buy these.

Broke My Printer!
The media could not be loaded. The package came in a black box with two plastic bags. In the front of the box is written "Performance 100% Tested". When I put it into my drum, and inserted my drum into my printer (brother 8890dw), it warmed up and made a loud slam noise (hinting something had broken). It turns out, one of the button-like turn heads that would move in and out as you open or close the front panel (visible from the left side) was broken. My printer now reports "Cartridge Error". This was only the beginning. After an hour of fiddling with it I had to open the left side of my printer and open up another metal panel that contained the gears (this is really troublesome because it's hard to keep track of where everything goes to reassemble it). After serious inspection, I finally narrowed it down to a broken gear. The button-like plastic thing was actually a head that is connected to a gear that turns the toner. It turns out that the toner has a white hole that the printer's head is connected to, but the toner's hole was STUCK like glue and it broke my printer's gear. Obviously, if the toner was tested, it wouldn't have broken the gear in my printer. If you don't understand this, watch the video and look for a white hole. Then look at the black button-like head, that is supposed to connect to the hole when you close the printer's front panel and turn as the printer warms up/prints. The toner broke my printer because the white hole was STUCK.I could never imagine that a toner could actually break my $400+ printer. Worst part is, brother's warranty policy is so much hassle that I'm not even sure I'll get away with this. This toner company owes me $400 + all the time I wasted trying to figure this out.

Save your money - buy this!
I was looking for a cheaper, but efficient alternative to the Brother toners and I felt like I was taking a risk using a different brand. All I can say is that this fit my printer perfectly and approximately 100 print jobs later, still working great. This is a great and cheaper alternative to the Brother toners and I recommend this for everyone who is looking to save money.Quality so far has not been affected whatsoever.

Good price, decent replacement cartridge
I am careful to buy replacement toner because I have been burned by some poorly remanufactured/refilled cartridges from some vendors. With this one the overall quality seems good. It is not like the OEM Brother cartridge, it is clearly a "clone" but it fit into my Brother printer just fine. A note about TN650 vs TN580, I have known they are interchangeable as I own the older HL-5250DN printer as well as a newer model that takes the TN650 - the box listed both toner types, so I was not too concerned.Having only printed less than few hundred pages, all the printing looks good, with no spotting or streaking. Time will tell after a few thousand sheets, but so far seems to work fine. Given that it is just a fraction of the cost of the OEM, it was worth taking a shot on this one.
