I didn’t know when receiving this product that the QR code did anything. I just assumed it directed you to the ESA Organization, but it actually has you out all of the owner/pet information in just in case your furry friend gets lost. Better quality than some of the dog tags that I have gotten in store for over $20.

Sturdy, easy to build profile not heavy at all. It’s perfect for small dogs.

I loved this product and it came in with so much care. However, the tag wore down in less than 2 weeks. The QR code is completely unreadable now. Kind of disappointed.EDIT:: After being sent a new tag the whole process has just been wonderful. 5 Stars.ReEDIT:: The new tag arrived sooner than anticipated and it's rose gold finish is more beautiful than I could have ever imagined and the etching is flawless. Thank You so much LUCKYTAG! Everyone needs this for their furbabies.

Got this tag for my cat who's become an escape artist as of late. This tag helps assure me that if she gets lost, she might come home. My one critique is that it's a bit big for a cat and doesn't come in a smaller size. That aside, the web page being free is fabulous and it's so easy to set up and customize. I would definitely purchase this again simply for the peace of mind it brings me.

I like the fact that this tag does 2 different things it lets me keep up with my puppy where abouts and it lets people know she's an esa.The bad think is she chewed it up because of the rubber soft material it was made out of.

Purchased at the end of February this year. I absolutely love this tag, I had originally got it specifically for the location when scanned as my dog would wander at times, for some reason it has stopped sending the location. I’ve went into the settings verified the email address and turned the scan notification on/off multiple times to see if it would get it working again. Would give 5 Stars if it would start back up, it’s held up perfectly other than that..

Easy to learn to use and work and easy to add to your pets collar.

I 100% recommend this to anyone, even tho it’s silicone and your animal might chew it and rec it they will help you out if you take a pic of the destroyed tag and email them right away, they will send you a new one with in 24 hours. There response is so insane, I emailed them last night and they got back to me within the hour and by like 330am last night it was resolved and my new tag was already sent out. Thanks guys! I’ll 100% show everyone that wants one this!

The media could not be loaded.  Worked out really well for me. easy set up and active no charge too works much better then having a too many tags just upload your information and your good.

I little bit big for a small pet, but I love it! Is cute, is pink, and best of all, it let me describe my ESA and get me an email with location when it gets scan. Definitely helped me feel more relief on my ESA safety. I do wish it could be smaller, but it is 100% worth it.

These are great for pet ID. Wish the tags were smaller though.

I registered tag easily. Seems to be durable but I hope it's not like other tags that the qr codes rub off easy.
